Landlords:  Tomas & Gerta Roaldsen.
Thomas is a fairly small man, in his mid 40's  and  will tell tales of his  hardships in coming here. He wears everyday clothes with a  leather apron over the top, and is  fairly genial in his  approah to customers.  However, he had been known to  crack the occasional head with the club he keeps under the bar.
Gerta is a large  woman who bustles about in a white apron and smiles condescendingly at her husband's stories.
