Hunter Trapper & Bowyer: Alik Jarson originally came for Boyr where he was a game keeper for Cattar Baline.  He  hunts  with a short bow, and will often be gone for days at a time, checking his  traps and hunting game.  he  is generally dresses in leather armour and is armed with a short word and dagger while he is out and about.  He  will nearly always have one short bow for sale and will make longbows on request, but this will take time.  he is not capable of making bows that need exceptional strength to draw.  He  will generally  have 20-30 arrows for a short bow for sale, and  will make longbow arrows on request.  If he is not home his wife, Amelia, will sell  his stock in hand.  There are also a few treated skins for sale, and the occasional set of stags horns, as well.

Carpenter: Henning Barndt is a farmer and carpenter.  He  can frame building and do general carpentry repairs, as well as make rough furniture.  There  will often be basic 'country style' items of furniture for sale, such as: Stools, small cabinets, a basic table or even a chair.  other items he  will make on commision.

Weaver: Brynna Bregan is a weaver.  She  makes a fine  soft woolen material from the sheep her husband (Peter) and others  graze in the area.  She  also weaves a much finer material from the wool of the goats herded locally as well.  Generally  she  will dye the wool in plain greens, browns and a dull yellow.  Other  colours are  more  expensive, as are patterned tartans.

Fisherman: Garth Conwy, one of the few Celts to live in Giantsferry, owns a coracle and generally paddles up the fjord setting traps for eels.  He  also  trails a hook and line  behind him and often returns with the odd mackerel or two, as well.  More of a jack-of -all trades than a true fisherman, he is  uses the javelin well and occasionally fetches back a small marine mammals  for  food and skin.  He is  also carries a knife and  has  been known to  draw it in times of danger.  He is  always  open to  offers  and will take a single person with him up  the fjord, in his  corracle, if  requested and suitably recompensed.

Ferry: Asher Regum and his son own a flat bottomed fishing boat that also acts as  the ferry across to  Tas Bardon.  The boat will take 6 people and gear without trouble, and they charge 5cp  per person for the trip.  They  are generally a float, within sight of the village, setting and checking nets set in the  area, but can be called back to  do ferry duty.  Asher's wife, Brunhild, will run up a small  red and yellow flag to attract their attention, and they  will row  ashore to pick up passengers.
