Is run by Karim Bin Melmon (mine host), his wife Farida (cook) and their son, Hatim (waiter and general duties). It has one common room that will take 45-50 people and a smaller room at the back that is generally equipped with a trestle table and benches for private meetings. Whenever guests wish to stay the table and benches are removed and straw mattresses laid down for the guests. The room will take 10 guests fairly comfortably and 12 at a push.

A door leads from the bar area to the kitchen and there are storage areas and family rooms leading off from the kitchen. It is a single storey construction.
